KAOS in the KITCHEN - Parisian Applesauce

Smoothest applesauce you'll ever taste!

10 Mcintosh apples
Dash of vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cinnamon stick
1 t cinnamon 
Cook on stovetop til the house smells magnificent then use a hand mixer to beat to a pulp. Walla.
